Caring for a loved one with intellectual, developmental, medical, or behavioral challenges can be overwhelming. At Nursing & Behavioral Health Services (NBHS), we exist to support families who need more than basic care — families who need structure, safety, expertise, and peace of mind.
NBHS provides residential, in-home and community-based services as an alternative to institutional care for individuals with:
- Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) — our area of unique specialization
- Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (IDD/DD)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Brain Injury
- Medically fragile conditions
- Cerebral Palsy, PICA, Diabetes
- Colostomy & Ongoing Feedings
We serve children, adolescents, adults, and aging individuals whose needs require ongoing skilled nursing oversight, behavioral structure, and consistent support.
NBHS is not a one-size-fits-all provider.
We carefully assess every referral to ensure we are the right fit — because the safety and quality of life of the individuals we serve comes first.
